How You Work
• You have a bias for action. You would rather take an imperfect first step than spend three weeks designing the perfect one. You adjust quickly when reality differs from the plan, and you do not need permission to move.
• You build from the ground up and find that energizing, not exhausting. Blank-page problems are where you do your best work. You have done it before and you want to do it again.
• You fail fast and learn faster. You do not treat a failed experiment as a failure of judgment; you treat it as data. You course-correct quickly and do not repeat the same mistake twice.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity. When the data is incomplete, you make a call, own it, and adjust when you get new information.
• You think commercially and creatively at the same time with the impact on the customer and business as your north star. You can negotiate a contract and then turn around and design the process that makes it easy to execute.
• You are hungry in the way that matters and collaborate across the organization: not territorial or self-promotional, but genuinely motivated by building something that works and seeing the impact of it for the business and customers.
• People trust you quickly. You communicate directly, you do what you say you will do, and you bring others along rather than operating as a solo expert.
• You love building connections and relationships and partnerships from scratch with colleagues, customers, and partners
