We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by engaging in consultative, solution-based selling to corporates and agencies. You will leverage your skills in relationship building, strategic selling, and negotiation to identify new business opportunities, close high-value deals, and enhance the company’s market position.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients at both senior and mid-management levels to foster long-term partnerships.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points through regular communication and in-depth consultations, ensuring tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic advice, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining high client retention rates.


2. Market and Industry Research
Proactively research industry trends, market developments, and relevant events by tracking industry publications, announcements, and key players.
Identify emerging opportunities and market trends by keeping a pulse on industry changes, competitive dynamics, and evolving client needs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of competitor activities, potential disruptions, and technological advancements in the industry to anticipate client needs and drive solution development.


3. Business Development and Lead Generation
Identify and pursue potential business deals by researching and contacting prospective partners, exploring opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in new and existing markets.
Propose new business opportunities through cold outreach, attending networking events, and following up on leads from internal teams and referrals.
Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts and effective prospecting strategies, ensuring consistent growth in sales opportunities.


4. Deal Evaluation and Proposal Development
Screen and analyze potential business deals by reviewing market strategies, deal requirements, growth potential, and financial projections to assess alignment with the company’s objectives.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence to understand the strategic fit of proposed deals, evaluating financial and operational risks, and the potential impact on company resources.
Develop and present strategic business proposals to potential clients, aligning their needs with our product offerings and presenting a clear value proposition.


5. Strategic Negotiation and Closing
Develop and execute effective negotiating strategies by understanding client objectives, company priorities, and market conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations, incorporating client requirements and aligning the final terms with business operations.
Close high-value business deals by negotiating terms, developing contracts, and overseeing the integration of contract terms into the company’s operational workflows.
Track and measure sales progress, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and that client expectations are exceeded.


6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal) to align on client requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
Provide regular updates and forecasts on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
Support post-sale transitions by collaborating with the delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.


7. Performance and Continuous Improvement
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Actively participate in sales training programs and seek continuous improvement opportunities to enhance your selling techniques and product knowledge.
Keep abreast of industry best practices, sales tools, and methodologies to continually refine your sales approach and optimize client acquisition strategies.
 

Day to day:


• Engage with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs, requirements and expectations
• Lead business development pursuits.
• Create a qualified pipeline of client opportunities by proactively engaging across industries and sectors
• Address client needs based on expertise and knowledge of market trends
• Lead client proposals including definition of solution, approach, team and commercials
• Lead and ensure quality delivery of consulting proposition
 


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field. 
  • MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
