We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Strategy Consultant to join the CEO’s Office. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape the company’s strategic direction, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive company climate. The Strategy Consultant will act as a key liaison between employees, executives, and the CEO, ensuring effective communication, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at building relationships across all levels of the organization, and has a strong ability to implement business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Support & Consultation:


Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to define and implement the company’s strategic vision and initiatives.
Provide consultation and strategic insights to leadership on business operations, process improvements, and new business strategies.
Work with leadership to assess and refine business strategies, helping to prioritize and focus on initiatives that will drive growth and organizational success.
Assist in the development of action plans for the implementation and monitoring of strategic goals across the organization.


Employee Engagement & Communication:


Develop and nurture relationships with employees to improve their efficiency and effectiveness within existing and new operational frameworks.
Communicate on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that messaging is consistent, clear, and effectively relayed across the organization.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, employees, and executives, addressing concerns related to employee well-being, company culture, and the success of initiatives and proposals.
Anticipate and proactively address employee concerns in partnership with the Human Resources department, ensuring a positive work environment and maintaining employee morale.


Operational Oversight & Execution:


Oversee daily operations and coordinate with senior leadership to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and facilitation of executive meetings, workshops, and key events.
Manage administrative tasks, including calendar management, maintaining critical files, and coordinating annual meetings.
Provide tactical support to leadership in measuring team performance and implementing new ideas or processes that improve productivity and organizational outcomes.


Project & Initiative Management:


Oversee strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s goals.
Collaborate with leadership to implement, track, and report on progress against goals and strategic plans.
Support leadership in identifying and tackling core business process challenges, helping to streamline operations and remove obstacles to success.


Insight & Analysis:


Provide the CEO and senior leadership with detailed insight and analysis into company operations, including identifying trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Assist with risk assessments of new initiatives, providing guidance on potential business challenges and mitigating risks effectively.


Cross-functional Collaboration:


Work with different departments to ensure alignment across teams on business goals and operational initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects and ensure that all parts of the business are working toward the same objectives.
 

Qualifications:


Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic consulting, business operations, or a related role with exposure to executive leadership or C-suite strategy.
Proven track record of working directly with senior executives to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational performance.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.


Skills & Competencies:

Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze complex issues and translate them into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas to diverse audiences, including senior executives and employees at all levels.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels, from front-line employees to C-suite executives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to execution.
High-level problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments to drive business objectives and organizational success.
Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
