As the Director of client relations, you would be responsible for leading the client relations team at JCR and take complete in-charge of our few key clients and strategize to increase business by cross selling and up-selling our services to deliver value to our clients.


In this role you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Developing & maintaining relationships with the identified clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with the CS associates on those accounts
  • Acting as point of escalation for the Clients on all business-related issues
  • Day to day involvement with projects for all clients, including interpretation, development of recommendations and presentation of findings.
  • Creating client proposals based on the research brief received
  • Communicating with the client, develop a thorough understanding of the questions that the clients expect to be answered from the study
  •  Designing effective research instruments like Questionnaire based on project objectives and market knowledge
  • Supporting the analyst team in interpreting data and creating reports, present and make recommendations to clients
  • Identifying & developing new business opportunities amongst existing clients.
  • Management of the client services/ relations team globally.
  • Training and career development of staff
  • Coordinate with other business functions to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of projects.
  • Assisting in resolving client’s issues and proffering solutions effective for satisfactory resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:  

  • At least  10+ years of experience in Client Relations
  • Proven knowledge of market research
  • Proven skills in team management and leadership
  • Developing skills in staff development
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
  • Developing skills in the development of business
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
